Associate Position

Associate Position
Associates typically join Easton upon completion of their Master in Business Administration (or equivalent) degree.

The associate must take the lead from the project manager and provide the muscle for the effort. The major share of field research and the development of quantitative and qualitative data are the associate’s responsibility. Associates are expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity, but generally do not pursue new directions on the assignment without the consent of the project manager. S/he must provide materials for documenting the findings and, ultimately, the conclusions of the report. The associate may help supervise the work of research associates.

As a senior associate, s/he will be given more autonomy and may be responsible for “pieces” of the report in their totality. Both associates and senior associates are expected to provide “client ready material.”
