TULLY MOSS

Vice President

Tully Moss focuses on marketing and business unit strategy and is responsible for Easton’s financial services practice.  With a primary emphasis on enhancing the top-line performance of client organizations, the range of issues he has addressed has included business unit strategy (strategy development, competitor analysis, microeconomic analysis), marketing (branding strategy, needs-based customer segmentation, new product feasibility assessments, turnarounds of trouble product lines), organizational effectiveness (reengineering, executive committee effectiveness, sales force effectiveness), and mergers and acquisitions issues (acquisition due diligence, post-merger integration).   Representative engagements have included:

  • For a major player in mortgage-backed securities, provided extensive marketing and branding strategy assistance.  This enabled the client to develop a customer-centric approach to marketing and prompted executive management to clarify the long-term vision for the company.
  • For one of the nation’s premier health insurers, has provided an extensive array of marketing strategy, competitor analysis, provider relations, branding strategy, and customer loyalty improvement services.  These services have heightened focus on selected target segments, contributed to greater clarity on the firm’s branding strategy, and assisted in the company’s ability to maintain leadership positions in intensely competitive markets.
  •  For one of the nation’s largest property and casualty insurers, provided assistance in developing an approach to transforming the firm into a market-driven, marketing savvy organization.  Also assisted in determining customer preferences for an extranet claims administration service.
  • For an insurance brokerage, developed a marketing strategy that identified market share growth opportunities and outlined an effective approach to cross-selling.

Tully has provided consulting services to North American, European, and Asian clients for over 20 years.  He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Williams College in Massachusetts.
