Research Associate

Research Associate Position

Research Associates typically join Easton upon completion of their undergraduate degree.

Research Associates are responsible for gathering and organizing much of the raw data for the project.  They perform both primary and secondary research, including telephone interviews, compiling statistical information, and gathering product and competitor information.  Research Associates serve as an information resource for the project manager, help create analyses and drive conclusions, and play an integral role in the final production at the presentation.

As someone once said, authority may be delegated, but not responsibility.  Partners are ultimately responsible for the development of the high quality study (in client-ready form) that Easton turns out.  Nevertheless, Research Associates are asked to be the “first in line” regarding this rule.
